1. Vaccination Policy - To ensure the protection of all pets under our care, the following vaccinations must be given 14 days prior to boarding.
    2. DOGS:
      • Rabies
      • DHLPP
      • Bordetella
      • Canine Influenza H3N2
      • Canine Influenza H3N8
      Cats:
      • Rabies
      • FVRCP
    3. Flea & Tick Policy -All boarding pets will be checked for fleas and ticks. If any are found, your pet will be treated appropriately at your expense.
    4. Medical Illness Policy - If your pet becomes ill, we will call the emergency number(s) listed regarding your pet's symptoms, treatment options, and estimate of additional costs. If no one can be reached however, we at Companion Animal Hospital of Waller will perform whatever services the doctor deems necessary for the best care of your pet.
    5. "Hard to Handle" Policy - Sometimes an animal is very difficult to handle. We will notify the client if this is the case with your pet(s). Hard to handle includes excessive aggression, biting etc. The pets file will be marked "Hard to Handle" and a $50.00 charge will be added each time your pet boards with Companion Animal Hospital of Waller. In addition, in the case of "Hard to handle" animals we reserve the right to medicate at our discretion. Those animals will be medicated in order to insure the health, safety and quality care of your pet and to insure the safety of our employees. The charges for medicating a hard to handle animal will be added to the final bill in addition to the $50.00 charge.

    A $100 deposit is required for all Holidays. The payment will be refunded if there is a 72 hours notice of cancellation.

    Reasonable precautions will be used against injury, escape or death. Companion Animal Hospital of Waller staff will not be held liable for any problems that may develop, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed. I understand that any problems that develop with my pet (s) that are deemed a life threatening situation (seizures, bloat, diabetic crash etc.) will be treated by the staff Veterinarian, and I assume full financial responsibility for any expenses incurred
